Mr. Gautam Anand is the visionary Director and Founder of MaGroop Pvt. Ltd. He brings with him a strong professional foundation and years of experience in the construction industry.

He began his career with Larsen & Toubro (L&T), one of India’s most reputed engineering and construction conglomerates, where he joined as a Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET). At L&T, he gained invaluable exposure to large-scale projects, site operations, and modern construction practices. This experience sharpened his technical expertise and built his leadership abilities.

With a passion for entrepreneurship and a vision to create a trusted name in construction, Mr. Anand forayed into several projects and established Maa Group a boutique construction proprietorship firm. Mr Anand has been the main pioneer in delivering these projects successfully, thus, earning him a sustainable reputation for reliability, quality and timely execution.

To scale operations and create a stronger corporate identity, he transformed Maa Group into MaGroop Pvt. Ltd. to further drive the entity's growth, professionalism and a commitment to delivering excellence in every project.

Today, under Mr. Gautam Anand’s leadership, MaGroop Pvt. Ltd. is steadily expanding, guided by his core values of integrity, innovation and client satisfaction. His journey from an engineer at L&T to the founder of a growing private limited company is a testament to his dedication and vision.
